MEET THE TEAM
Cris Corazzini is an avid traveler and multi-sports enthusiast based in the heart of Central Italy. He is a seasoned triathlete and cycling expert. With a passion for adventure, Cris has completed the European mountain trekking AIGAE and Italian cycling ACSI guide courses, Certified Tour Companion, showcasing his commitment to mastering the outdoor experience. Nestled in the breathtaking Apennine mountains, just a stone’s throw away from the historic city of Rome, Cris has found his haven and loves to share his expertise with fellow adventure enthusiasts. He has lead a remarkable 250+ tours.


Kelly Puffer is a passionate triathlete who has been competing since 2007 in Sprint, Olympic, and 70.3 Ironman races across the UK, Italy, Austria, and Slovenia. A true adventurer, she traveled solo for 15 months before moving to Italy to embrace an outdoor, active lifestyleโswapping grey skies for mountain trails and sunshine. She now organizes running retreats alongside her work in marketing and loves everything about a challenge, from endurance sports to discovering the best local food. With her love for the mountains, nature, and all things adventure, Kelly is here to ensure you have an unforgettable experience on your Dolomites cycle trip!
Franco Casella From a young age, sports have been an integral part of my life, leading me to develop a deep passion for mountain biking, which I have been competing in at a high level since 2014. Cycling has brought me immense satisfaction, allowing me to participate in prestigious competitions both in Italy and internationally, where I have had the opportunity to challenge some of the
biggest names in the sport; Alexey Medvedev, Samuele Porro, Fabian Rabensteiner, Alban lakata and more.
Beyond cycling, I am also passionate about trail running and ski mountaineering. The mountains and nature are my true elements, and I thrive on the challenges and adventures they offer.


Irmi Niebler is a passionate cyclist and trail runner who has been exploring the trails and mountain roads of Germany, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland since 2007. She now organizes cycling and trail running retreats alongside her work and loves everything about endurance sports, nature, and great local food. With her love for the mountains and the outdoors, Irmi is here to ensure you have an unforgettable adventure on your Dolomites and Monte Bianco trip!
Nicole Glover is a dedicated Personal Assistant and Liaison who loves bringing people together through travel and shared experiences. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she has been living in Italy since 2013 and quickly fell in love with its landscapes, culture, and warm way of life.
With a background in Human Resources and several years of service in the U.S. Army Reserve, Nicole brings strong organization and communication skills to the team. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, yoga, and exploring new places, along with a passion for good food and meaningful connections. Nicole is here to help ensure every Multisports Experience guest feels at home and enjoys an unforgettable adventureย inย Italy.


Juan Pablo is a high-level surf athlete who began surfing at just six years old. While his true passion lies in longboarding, his coach also trained him in stand-up paddle (SUP) racing and surf disciplines.
He became regional longboard champion in 2018 and national SUP champion in 2019, later earning the title of Young Champion in 2022. Juan Pablo also achieved 3rd place at the international MexiLongFest and, in 2024, finished as runner-up in SUP sprint races and national event champion.
Passionate about the ocean, Juan Pablo loves sharing his skillsโteaching and guiding surfers and visiting athletes in his hometown of Puerto Vallarta
Alessia Marchetti
Alessia began swimming at just seven years old and quickly rose through the competitive ranks, achieving a national ranking of 32nd in Italy. With standout times such as 29.34 in the 50m backstroke and 60 seconds in the 100m freestyle (25m pool), she competed in major national events including the Coppa Brema and was selected for the first relay team at the Regional Championships.
Today, Alessia brings her lifelong passion for the water into her role as a dedicated swim coach for children. She is also a certified lifeguard through the Italian Swimming Federation (FIN), holding both lifesaving and MIP qualifications for pool and open-water supervision.
Her experience, professionalism, and warm approach make her a valuable part of our team and an inspiring mentor for young swimmers.


Emanuele Crisi has been competing in cycling since the age of 14. He quickly showed strong talent, and his most notable results began in 2015, when he and his brother Roberto finished second overall at the Cape Pioneer Trek in South Africa ๐ฟ๐ฆโone of the most prestigious stage races in the world.
Between 2015 and 2016, he emerged as one of the most promising U23 riders, earning a call-up to the national team in 2018.
In 2022, Emanuele decided to step away from professional competition and move into a different side of the sport. Throughout his career, he maintained a deep passion for bicycle mechanics and performance, which ultimately became his profession. He opened his own specialized workshop and joined the Soudal Leecougan International Team as a professional mechanic, working closely with two-time world champion Leo Paez and supporting athlete Sandra Mairhofer.
