Budapest & Hรฉvรญz โ Recovery & Medical Wellness โ 4 Nights
Begin in Hungary, where your recovery is guided by medical expertise and thermal healing.
This stage is about repair, restore, and reset your body after the demands of racing.

Day 1 โ Arrival & Budapest Introduction
Arrive in Budapest and enjoy a private airport transfer. Begin your experience with a 3-hour guided city tour by bus, introducing you to the highlights of Hungaryโs capital.
Stops include:
- Buda Castle with panoramic views over the Danube
- Heroesโ Square, one of Budapestโs most iconic landmarks
- Option al 5km Pest city run
After the tour, transfer to Hรฉvรญz (approx. 2 hours), where your recovery journey begins. Check in, unwind, and enjoy a relaxed evening.



Day 2 โ Medical Recovery & Thermal Wellness
Today is dedicated to deep recovery and regeneration.
Your personalised program includes:
- Medical examination
- 4 therapeutic treatments tailored for recovery
- Access to the world-famous Hรฉvรญz thermal lake, known for its healing properties
- Optional 11km run thoghout the park
Take the day at your own pace, alternating between treatments, rest, and time in the thermal waters.



Day 3 โ Royal Heritage: Keszthely & Festetics Castle
Step into Hungaryโs aristocratic past with a visit to Keszthely.
Highlights include:
- Guided tour of the Festetics Palace, one of Hungaryโs most beautiful Baroque castles
- Visit to the unique Coach Museum
- A relaxed coffee and cake break in town
- A gentle walk through the historic centre to the Main Square Parish Church
- Optional 18km Hotel to Balaton Lake
A cultural day designed to complement your recovery with light movement and discovery.



Day 4 โ Lake Balaton & Wine Experience
Discover Lake Balaton, the โHungarian Seaโ and Central Europeโs largest freshwater lake.
Your day includes:
- Time to swim, relax, and enjoy the lakeside atmosphere
- A lakeside lunch featuring authentic Hungarian street food
- A visit to a local vineyard for a wine tasting experience overlooking the lake
- Optional 2k openwater swim

Day 5 โ Departure
Enjoy your final breakfast in Hungary before a comfortable transfer back to Budapest Airport.

Day 6 โ Arrival & Dubrovnik Introduction
Arrive in Dubrovnik and enjoy a private airport transfer

Day 7 โ Island Adventure
In the morning, take a boat to Lokrum Island or the Elafiti Islands, where youโll enjoy an easy run or walk along scenic trails, followed by a relaxed local lunch by the sea. In the afternoon, return to Dubrovnik for a gentle exploration of the Old Town, including a walk along the historic city wallsโperfect for light activity. Pause for a coffee and hydration break before finishing the day with a sunset aperitivo at a cliffside bar, followed by a group dinner in the Old Town.


Day 8 โ Lunch & Departure to Italy
Morning: easy run, swim, or simply relax and enjoy some free time.
Enjoy your final brunch in Croatia before a comfortable transfer back to the Dubrovnik Airport to catch a short flight to Bari:

Day 9 โ Arrival & Coastal Reset (Polignano a Mare)
Arrive in Puglia and transfer to your luxury accommodation in Polignano a Mare or Monopoli. Settle in and ease into the experience with a light mobility session or optional sea dip.



In the evening, enjoy a sunset walk along the cliffs, followed by a relaxed welcome dinner overlooking the Adriaticโyour first taste of southern Italian life.
Day 10 โ Monopoli, Beach Club & Private Boat Experience
The day begins with an optional easy recovery run or spin along the coast before heading to Monopoli.
Spend the late morning unwinding at a premium beach club, enjoying the sea, sunbeds, and a relaxed coastal lunch.



In the afternoon, elevate the experience with a private boat tour along the Polignano coastlineโexploring sea caves, hidden coves, and stopping for swims in crystal-clear water.
As the sun sets, gather for an aperitivo in Monopoliโs old harbor, followed by a seafood dinner by the water.
Day 11 โ Valle dโItria & Masseria Experience
Head inland for a scenic journey through olive groves and rolling countryside.
Start with an early visit to Alberobello, followed by Locorotondoโone of Italyโs most beautiful villages. Take your time exploring, with a long, relaxed lunch featuring local specialties.



In the evening, enjoy a private masseria experience: a long-table dinner set among olive trees, paired with local wines and seasonal dishes.
Day 12 โ Ostuni, Olive Grove Ride & Deep Recovery
Begin the day with an optional light cycling session through olive groves, designed as an active recovery ride on quiet scenic roads.
Continue to Ostuni, the iconic โWhite City,โ for a slow exploration and panoramic views over the Adriatic.



Return for a deep recovery afternoonโspa treatments, pool time, or guided mobility/yoga session.
The final evening is reserved for a farewell dinner, celebrating the journey in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.
Day 13 โ Departure (Bari)
Enjoy a final breakfast together before a smooth transfer to Bari airport (~45โ60 min).

Cancellation policy:
For eligible bike tours plus triathlon, swimming, and trail running, choose between paying a cancellation fee or receiving a future trip credit/partial trip credit based on the chart below (fees are per guest):

*You can request a full refund up to 14 days after you book when you book 14 or more days before the final payment due date.
Full payment must be received 60 days prior to the event.
You may still cancel up to 40 days before the event. See Cancellation Table above.
If booking is made within 40 days of the event, the full balance is required at the time of booking.
