Pre Race 5-Night Triathlon

  • Multisports Experience

Push Limits, Build Skills, and Discover Umbria

Set in the beautiful Apennine mountains just outside Rome, this five-day triathlon retreat blends high-quality performance coaching with unforgettable Italian hospitality. Whether you’re preparing for your next race, looking to improve across swim, bike, and run, or arriving from overseas and needing time to acclimatise before a European event, this experience is designed to meet you where you are.

Ideal for novice to intermediate triathletes, with challenges available for more advanced athletes, the retreat also offers the perfect setting for those seeking a warmer training environment with excellent multisport facilities.

Each day is built around technique, endurance, recovery, and shared community. Youโ€™ll train under expert coaches in one of Italyโ€™s most scenic regions, while gradually adapting to the climate and terrain. Off the course, unwind with locally sourced meals, village dinners, and cultural experiences that make this more than just a training playground; itโ€™s a complete performance and lifestyle experience.
