Join us for a dynamic, flexible multisport week in beautiful Maspalomas, Gran Canaria! This immersive experience blends swimming, cycling, running, and yoga with stunning landscapes, expert coaching, and great company.

Over 6 days, enjoy morning yoga flows, choose your preferred sport sessions, and connect with like-minded athletes in a relaxed, supportive setting. Whether you want to build endurance, improve technique, or simply move and recharge, this week adapts to your needs.

Based near the beach and scenic routes, you’ll explore ocean swims, coastal bike rides, trail and road runs, plus restorative yoga sessions — all designed by local experts.

From beginners to seasoned multisport athletes, all levels are welcome!

Suggested flights

Athletes are expected to arrive the day before Day 1 or early on Day 1 (TBA), with departures after Day 6 concludes.

Gran Canaria’s main airport (LPA) is well connected, and we offer airport transfers as part of the package to ensure smooth arrival and departure.

Itinerary

DAY 1 – Arrival & Welcome

Your adventure begins as we meet you at Gran Canaria Airport at 6:30 PM. After settling in, there’s an optional 25-minute shake-off run to stretch the legs and feel the island air.
In the evening, we’ll gather for an 8:00 PM welcome dinner, a relaxed chance to meet the team, share stories, and plan the week’s swim, run, and cycling sessions.

DAY 2 – Flow, Swim & Ride

We start the morning with 7:00 AM yoga to awaken the body, followed by a nourishing breakfast at 8:30 AM.
At 9:30 AM, dive into your first swim session in calm island waters, before lacing up for a one-hour coastal run at 11:00 AM. Optional long bike ride instead.
After a 1:00 PM lunch, we’ll head out for an afternoon cycling loop through quiet inland roads before returning for an optional 4:00 PM pool session focused on technique and drills.
Evening brings free time to unwind before a 7:00 PM dinner together.

DAY 3 – Ocean Challenge & Coastal Ride

Begin with optional yoga and flexibility at 7:00 AM, then breakfast at 8:30 AM.
At 9:30 AM, test your skills in an open-water swim along a 50m buoy line and 800m buoy line, followed by a 1.5-hour trail run at 11:00 AM exploring Gran Canaria’s rugged coastline. Optional bike ride instead.
After lunch at 1:00 PM, enjoy a scenic afternoon bike ride through nearby villages, or relax before the 4:00 PM pool technique session.
The day winds down with dinner at 7:00 PM and stories from the day’s adventures.

DAY 4 – Mountains, Miles & Momentum

A 7:00 AM optional yoga session sets the tone for the day, followed by breakfast at 8:30 AM.
At 9:30 AM, we’ll head out for a 4 km open-water swim, enjoying the rhythm of the waves and vast ocean views. Optional bike ride instead.
Then it’s time for a 1.5-hour trail run at 11:00 AM, followed by a well-earned lunch at 1:00 PM.
The afternoon brings a gentle recovery ride through the foothills, or a pool session at 4:00 PM for focused swim training.
We’ll wrap up the day with a relaxed group dinner at 7:00 PM, celebrating another day of movement and flow.

DAY 5 – Technique & Transformation

Morning begins with 7:00 AM optional yoga to stretch and reset, then breakfast at 8:30 AM.
At 9:30 AM, dive into a video analysis swim session, refining your stroke with expert feedback. optional bike ride instead.
The adventure continues with a midday coastal ride before a run session at 11:00 AM.
We’ll gather for lunch at 1:00 PM, reflecting on progress, confidence, and the island energy that fuels every session.

DAY 6 –Adventure & Flow

Start your morning with 7:00 AM optional yoga and mobility, easing into the day with the sound of the ocean and the mountain breeze. After a healthy 8:30 AM breakfast, gear up for an adventurous 9:30 AM open-water swim, exploring a new bay and testing your endurance in calm waters.

At 11:00 AM, switch gears for a scenic hilly cycle, winding through local villages and rolling hills — a perfect mix of challenge and beauty. After a refreshing 1:00 PM lunch, enjoy some downtime to rest, stretch, or explore the nearby beaches.

Later in the afternoon, there’s an optional trail run or hike through volcanic terrain, catching the sunset over the Atlantic.
We’ll close the day with a 7:00 PM farewell dinner, celebrating the week’s achievements, friendships, and unforgettable island adventures.

Day 7 – Hasta la vista!

A detailed itinerary with guided routes, session descriptions, and daily plans will be provided before the event.

80m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments (limited availability)

120m² 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments

All accommodations feature air conditioning, jacuzzi, and full kitchens for a comfortable, relaxing stay close to training venues.

A €400 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.


Cancellation policy:

For eligible bike tours plus triathlon, swimming, and trail running,  choose between paying a cancellation fee or receiving a future trip credit/partial trip credit based on the chart below (fees are per guest):

*You can request a full refund up to 14 days after you book when you book 14 or more days before the final payment due date.


Full payment must be received 60 days prior to the event.

You may still cancel up to 40 days before the event. See Cancellation Table above.

If booking is made within 40 days of the event, the full balance is required at the time of booking.
